WordRiot Privacy Policy
WordRiot is a word game with offline solo play and an optional online community. This policy explains what the app processes and the choices available to players.
Offline play
Daily Riot and Quick Riot work without an account or internet connection. Drafts, scores, settings, and streak history stay on the device unless you use an online feature, restore a purchase, contact support, or choose to share diagnostics with Apple.
Online features
Live Riot may process a random guest identifier, display name, linked Game Center identifier, authentication and security records, submitted sentences, reactions, reports, blocks, moderation decisions, gameplay timestamps, and verified Apple purchase-entitlement records. Apple processes payment details; WordRiot does not receive full card information.
How information is used
Information is used to operate Live Riot, preserve account access, rank reactions, enforce game rules, prevent abuse, moderate user-generated content, restore purchases, answer support requests, and protect the service. Submitted sentences may be checked automatically for validity and safety before publication.
Sharing and tracking
Humandalas Ltd does not sell personal information, serve behavioral advertising, or track players across other companies’ apps and websites. Service providers may process limited information only to host, secure, moderate, support, or operate WordRiot.
Retention and deletion
Offline information remains until it is cleared or the app is removed. Online records remain while the account is active and only as long as reasonably needed for service, safety, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations. You can delete the online account in WordRiot under Settings → Account → Delete Online Account. This removes the server account and associated content while retaining only non-identifying deletion evidence required to prevent account resurrection and document completion.
Choices
- Use Daily Riot or Quick Riot without signing in.
- Use the stricter language filter.
- Report content and block players in Live Riot.
- Delete the online account from Settings.
- Request privacy assistance by email.
Children
WordRiot is not directed to children under 13 and is not offered in Apple’s Kids category.
Security and changes
Humandalas Ltd uses encrypted transport, access controls, credential separation, moderation, and rate limits. Material policy changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
